To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in their original condition, with all tags and original packaging.

All return requests must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Some items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Perishable goods and food items
  • Digital products and downloaded software
  • Gift cards and top-up cards
  • Customized or made-to-order products
  • Underwear and swimwear (for hygiene reasons)

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Log in to your Almasrya.net account.
  2. Navigate to the "My Orders" section and select the order containing the item you wish to return.
  3. Click on "Return Item" and follow the instructions to complete the return form.
  4. You will receive an email with a return label and instructions on how to return the item.
  5. Package the item securely in its original packaging or another suitable packaging.
  6. Attach the return label to the package and send it via the specified shipping service.

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your return request.

4. Return Options

We offer the following return options:

Refund

Full refund of the product amount. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used in the purchase.

Product Exchange

Exchange the product for the same item (if available) or a different item of equal value.

Please specify your preferred return option when submitting your return request.

5. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your return request.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed according to the original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days
  • Electronic Wallets: 1-3 business days
  • Cash on Delivery: A cash refund or bank transfer will be issued

Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Return Shipping Fees

Return shipping fees vary depending on the reason for the return:

  • Defective, damaged, or incorrect products: No return fees. We will provide a free return label.
  • Returns due to change of mind: The customer bears the return shipping fees, which vary based on location, size, and weight.

A 15% restocking fee may apply to some products returned due to change of mind.

7. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt.

We may request photos of the damaged product to assess the condition.

For defective or damaged products, we will provide a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.
