1. General Information
This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through the Almasrya.net platform. We strive to ensure your order arrives quickly and securely.
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location, the products you ordered, and stock availability.
2. Shipping Areas
Currently, we offer shipping services within the Arab Republic of Egypt only. We plan to expand our services to include other countries in the future.
We deliver to all Egyptian governorates, including remote areas, although delivery times may be longer for remote locations.
3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping methods:
Standard Delivery
Cairo & Alexandria: 1-3 business days
Other major cities: 2-4 business days
Remote areas: 4-7 business days
Express Delivery
Cairo & Alexandria: 24 hours
Other major cities: 48 hours
Not available for remote areas
Please note that business days exclude Fridays, Saturdays, and official holidays.
Delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control such as weather conditions or unforeseen events.
4. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees depend on your location, the size and weight of your order, and the chosen shipping method.
The exact shipping fees will be displayed during the checkout process before you confirm your order.
Free shipping for orders over 500 EGP!
Standard shipping fees:
- Cairo & Alexandria: 30 EGP
- Other major cities: 50 EGP
- Remote areas: 75 EGP
Express delivery fees:
- Cairo & Alexandria: 60 EGP
- Other major cities: 100 EGP
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to track your shipment.
You can also track your order by logging into your account and navigating to the "My Orders" section.
If you have any inquiries about your shipment, please contact our customer service.
6. Delayed or Lost Shipments
In case your shipment is significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery date, please contact our customer service for assistance.
If your shipment is confirmed lost, we will either send a replacement or provide a full refund, according to your preference.
Please report delayed or lost shipments within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.
7. Receipt and Inspection
Upon receiving your order, please inspect the package carefully to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping.
If the package is visibly damaged, you can either refuse to accept it or accept it with a note of the damage on the delivery receipt.
Please report any damage or missing items within 48 hours of receipt.
8. International Shipping
Currently, we do not offer international shipping services. We are working on expanding our services to include international shipping in the near future.
